• Compact hydraulic cylinder
• Maximum operating pressure 250 bar
• Precision nonrotating piston rod
• Piston diameters from Ø 40 mm to Ø 100 mm
• Maximum torques between 3 and 90 Nm (2.21 lbfft and 66.4 lbfft)
• Multiple mounting options available
• Piston rods ground and hardened
• Up to 200 mm stroke
Not all operating parameters may simultaneously be used at the maximum operating limits. Operating limits are for example: pressure = 250 bar / temperature = 100 °C / speed = 0.5 m/s
The nonrotating option serves for guiding the piston rod and not for taking up forces and torques. In order to prevent damage to the guide, the piston rod must be locked during assembly of components. If the guide is damaged as a result of failure to lock the piston rod, the cylinder must no longer be operated to prevent additional damage. Attention! The alignment of the piston rod cannot be predetermined. For hydraulic cylinder applications encountering torque we recommend using slide units or core pull units.
